We are happy to share the results of our customer satisfaction survey that we conducted in October 2023. We wanted to know how happy our customers and dealers are with our combi seed drills and with Junkkari in general, and what we can do to make it better.

The survey results show that our customers and dealers are very pleased. They gave Junkkari high ratings on various aspects, such as technical support and spare parts, cooperation skills, expertise and user training. They also liked the features that make it versatile and adaptable to different soil and crop conditions.

Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a customer satisfaction metric that measures the likelihood of a customer recommending a company, product, or service. Our NPS among combi seed drill users is 85, which is considered excellent and way above the industry average. This means that most of our customers are loyal and enthusiastic about our combi seed drills.

Junkkari dealers also rated our NPS up to 86 being an excellent score when NPS score can range from -100 to 100. Our dealers know that they can contact us anytime and they will have our expertise at their use for serving customers or to help them selling our products.
